রিফান্ড ও রিটার্ন নীতিমালা (Refund & Returns Policy)
Nagar Point-এ আমরা সর্বোচ্চ মানের পণ্য ও সেবা নিশ্চিত করতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ। তাই আমাদের রিটার্ন ও রিপ্লেসমেন্ট নীতিমালা নিম্নরূপ:
- পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় ডেলিভারি রাইডারের উপস্থিতিতেই পণ্যটি ভালোভাবে পরীক্ষা করে গ্রহণ করুন।
- যদি রাইডারের উপস্থিতিতে পণ্য পরীক্ষা করা সম্ভব না হয়, তাহলে প্যাকেজ খোলার সম্পূর্ণ ভিডিও ধারণ (Unboxing Video) করে পণ্য খুলতে হবে। ভিডিওটি অবশ্যই কোনো কাট বা এডিট ছাড়া হতে হবে।
- ভুল পণ্য, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত (Damaged) পণ্য বা উৎপাদনজনিত ত্রুটি (Manufacturing Defect) থাকলে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে এবং প্রয়োজনীয় ছবি বা ভিডিও প্রদান করতে হবে।
- Unboxing Video ছাড়া ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভুল পণ্যের অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না (যদি রাইডারের সামনে পণ্য পরীক্ষা করা না হয়ে থাকে)।
- কোনো অবস্থাতেই নগদ অর্থ বা রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে না।
- যাচাই শেষে অভিযোগ সঠিক প্রমাণিত হলে একই মূল্যের অন্য পণ্য অথবা সমমূল্যের বিকল্প পণ্য প্রদান করা হবে।
- গ্রাহকের মত পরিবর্তন, ভুল অর্ডার, ব্যবহৃত বা গ্রাহকের কারণে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন বা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট প্রযোজ্য নয়।
- ওয়ারেন্টিযুক্ত পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে সংশ্লিষ্ট ওয়ারেন্টির শর্তাবলী প্রযোজ্য হবে।
Refund & Returns Policy
At Nagar Point, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
- Please inspect the product carefully in the presence of the delivery rider before accepting it.
- If inspection in front of the rider is not possible, you must record a complete unboxing video while opening the package. The video must be continuous and unedited.
- If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, you must notify us within 24 hours and provide the necessary photos or the unboxing video.
- Claims for damaged or incorrect products without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted if the product was not checked in front of the rider.
- No cash refund will be provided under any circumstances.
- After verification, eligible claims will be resolved by providing another product of the same value or an equivalent replacement product.
- Returns or replacements are not applicable for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or products damaged after delivery.
- Products covered by a warranty are subject to their respective warranty terms and conditions.
